Orders:
These terms and conditions apply to Orders placed online, over the phone or through a brochure only. It is your responsibility to check: the dimensions of all goods to ensure that they will fit into your property when delivered; and that additional services requested (such as assembly or disposal) are clearly noted in the Order. These will be shown separately. If they are not included in the order, then these services have not been purchased and will not be provided.
Description and Illustration of Goods:
The description of the goods will be as specified within the Order. You should be aware that: all sizes given are approximate; sizes may vary slightly from their stated dimensions due to manufacturing tolerances; comfort grading is for guidance only; when placing a mattress on a bedstead please note that there may be a gap around the edges; this is to allow for rotation & bedding.
Product color may also vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
Guarantee of Goods:
Where you have purchased the goods from us we guarantee that on delivery and for a period of 3 months from delivery, the goods shall be free from material/manufacturing defects and we shall repair or replace defective goods as is appropriate.
If you experience any problems with the goods, please contact us and we will try to resolve the problem on the telephone and/or we visit to assess the damage. If required, we will make arrangements for repair or replacement of the defective part. However, this guarantee does not apply for parts that are lost or go missing after delivery and in the following circumstances: fair wear and tear; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to use the goods outside of its normal use; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; damage from external sources such as transit, weather, etc.
Except as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Company’s employees, sub-contractors and/or agents are not authorised to make any representations or guarantees concerning the Goods unless confirmed by a Director of the Company in writing.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Real Beds and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
Restrictions
