Delivery and Returns Policy

DELIVERIES

Delivery is Free to the UK mainland.

Goods are delivered as 2 packages, flat packed for partial home assembly. Since all our products are custom-made, we are usually able to dispatch orders within 7 working days. However, please note that on some very rare occasions delivery can take up to 21 working days and that one package may arrive before the other. If you require an item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, please call us.

Once your order is complete, we will dispatch it via our courier. We will then inform you to let you know of the tracking number. You can contact the courier for any delivery queries/updates. It’s vital that you leave an up to date mobile contact number when placing your order. Feel free to email us the best mobile contact number: [email protected].

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further. Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door. Please note delivery times during the festive period and national holidays do vary.

RETURNS

We put so much care into making our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, so much so, that we are offering a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your goods. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange delivery of unwanted / wrongly ordered goods back to the seller, at the buyers expense.

Once we we receive the goods, they will go through an inspection phase so please allow 7 working days for the full refund to be processed.

DAMAGED / MISSING PARTS

Damages must be reported within 24hrs – 48hrs of receipt of goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time. If after unpacking an item you find the item is faulty or damaged, we would require photographic evidence to prove this before we can proceed with a replacement/collection. Only parts that have been damaged whilst being delivered can be replaced.
